Personal Agreement of Contract
Yes, I would like to order the following Hosting Package in accordance with the offer
listed on www.erichschaetti.com. My payment will be made within 30 days, starting the
day my server account is created and accessible for publishing. I do accept to abide
by Swiss legislation and agree not to store, publish or send any of the following: SPAM,
violent, racial, online gambling, Warez, cracks, copyright infringement or pornographic content.
-- If you let erichschaetti.com register your Domain Name for you, the Registration and administration
fee will be added to your bill automatically. Any changes made to our Hosting Plans will be announced
in due time. Any offence against our
terms and conditions will cause suspension or cancellation of the server-account and therefore also means
immediate cancellation of the Hosting Contract.--
You can give notice to terminate your Hosting Contract with erichschaetti.com by Email (30 days before end of payment period). If erichschaetti.com is not notified before the end of payment period, the contract will be automatically extended for another year.
